House policy

Bookings

• Check-in from 2:00 pm · Check-out until 12:00 pm.
• One-night stays: 100% payment to confirm.
• Stays of two nights or more: 50% to confirm and the remaining 50% on arrival.
• Rooms are rented separately: $17 per person per night.
• A web request holds your rooms for 48 hours while we receive your payment.

Children

• Children 10 and older pay as adults.
• Children aged 6 to 9 pay $10 per night.
• Under 5 stay free if they don't need an extra bed.

Cancellations

• Cancel at least 3 days in advance for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations with less than 3 days' notice are non-refundable.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer: book directly on this website and we send you the bank details on WhatsApp.
• Credit card: book through our Airbnb listing.

House rules

• No parties and no excessive drinking.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Please keep shared areas tidy.

Pools

• Depth: 1.10 m in the children's area and 1.50 m at the deepest point.
• No food or drinks in the pool.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Name, email, WhatsApp, country, dates, number of guests and any note you write to us.

Why we use it

• Only to manage your request and your stay: confirming it, sending payment details and keeping in touch.
• We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

• As long as needed for your booking and to meet accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

• You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by email or WhatsApp, under Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law.

Security

• Your data is stored on a protected server and only the hotel team can see it.
